Our Mission

Parliament Partners Holdings, Inc. has developed a plan to aggressively grow its business in the
coming years. This includes renovation of the current facility, and acquisition of, or partnership
with, a number of properties situated in locations with a high percentage of LGBT persons in
their population. By making direct investments in the acquisitions and rebranding them as part
of the Parliament Partners Holdings group, or purely licensing the brand, the Company expects
it will see significant revenue and profitability growth over the coming years. While the initial
market will be nationwide, there are indications that the brand will be welcomed internationally
as well.

As part of its planned growth the Company has entered into strategic partnerships which
enhance its revenue model and accelerate its growth in the target markets. The Company has
completed an agreement with the world’s largest vacation and resort exchange company (RCI)
to carry and sell vacation club rentals and exchanges. This will provide significant cash flow to
the Company as well as open up future opportunities with additional locations both domestic
and overseas. In addition, the Company is in discussion with a major international hotel chain
to “co-brand” new locations. As part of their interest, they may also take an equity interest in
each new location. The combination of their marquee name along with the Parliament House
reputation will help make each such location an attractive resort destination to the LGBT
community.
